my riding mower will not move in either direction the model number is 96012003101,tractor model number is db24h42yt. its automatic, thank you for possible answer.

 Have you Checked the Hydromatic Drive Belt? If the Belt is Good, then Check the Linkage for the Shifter. The Drive Belt and the Linkage are the Most Common Causes for the Problem you are Having. If the Linkage is in Good Operational Condition, then Look at the Cooling Fan on the Transaxle and Off to the Side of the Cooling Fan on the Top of the Transaxle Housing there May be Rubber Plugs to Add 80w90 Gear Oil to the Transaxle. If there are No Rubber Plugs, then this Hydromatic Transaxle is Not Serviceable by Home Owners. Also Check the Transaxle Frame Mounting Bolts and Ensure they are Tight. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
