Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda 11Hp - Wont start when warm, hp engine, starter fluid

Question
I have a Honda ride-on mower with an 11 HP engine. Recently i have experienced the problem where the mower will not start after shutting her down to empty the grass basket. i.e when the engine is warm it refuses to restart. Starts fine again when the engine cools down after a while. The engine has an electric start which turns the engine over no problem, but will not fire. The mower starts on the first turn of the key when completely cold. I suspect this is an electrical problem, possibly something heating up and breaking down, any ideas or advice gratefully appreciated.

Answer
 Hello Steven:

The next Time it Wont Start. Take a Plug and Wrap a Wire Around the Threads and Attach the other End of the Wire to the Engine Block and Check for Fire. If there is Fire at the Plug. Then Spray a Small Amount of Starter Fluid into the Carburator Throat while Turning the Engine. Does it Try to Start? If yes, then the Valve Lash is Too Close and Needs to be Set to Proper Clearance. When the Engine Heats up, if the Clearance Between the Valve Stem and the Tappet Wont Allow the Valve to Seat Properly. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
