Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Homelite X135 weed eater, carburator, exhaust port

Question
It starts at choked position with full trotle but stops when I release the trottle or switch to run position .

 Hello Mike:

 Remove the Muffler and Check the Muffler and Exhaust Port for Carbon Build up. Also Check the Small Spark Arrestor Screen in the Muffler. If the Muffler and Exhaust Port are Clear, then Clean and Rebuild the Carburator. Soak the Carburator Overnight in Cleaning Solution, Provided it isnt the Plastic Carburator. Hope this Helps.
