Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): POULAN PRO 100, dead giveaway, carburator

Question
My Poulan Pro 100 will not start.  Occosially, it iwll start and run at high speed for about 10 seconds and then stop.  I have replaced the spark plug, drained and refilled the fuel tank with fresh, new, mixed gas. I ahave attempted to adjust the idel screw and there in < I think, lies the problem.  I would appreciate any and ALL HELP you can offer me.

 Hello Dwight:

 It sounds like the Carburator need to be Cleaned and Rebuilt. The Starts and then Quits withing 10 seconds is a Dead Giveaway for your Problem. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
