Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): John Deere LT133 Riding Mower, sectional index, mower deck

Tractor does not move forward on incline.  I believe the drive belt requires (tightening)adjustment.

I removed the mower deck to gain access to the main drive belt.  

How is this belt tighten?

 Hello Bud:

 I Looked up your Mower and Found the Adjustment you are Inquiring about. Go to http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.H... then Put in the Model Number LT133 in the Upper Left Corner of the Page. On next page Select the Sectional Index, then Choose Belt Drive and Idlers. You can see the Slot for Making the Adjustment. The Adjustment is Made Using the Bolt that Holds the Plastic Idler to the Piviot Assembly. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
