Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Bolens 15 HP 283H07, soleniod, solenoid

Question
The battery would not hold a charge so I have been jumping the tractor with my car.
When I turn the key it goes "click" but the starter does not spin. Sounds like a Solenoid but don't seem to find one. It looks like a magneto system?
I have had the starter tested, replaced the Alternator and replaced the fuse. I can not get the tractor to start. Can you tell me where I can find a wiring diagram? Can you tell me the location of all the safety "no start" switches are located? Does this model have a solenoid?

 Hello Jim:

 With Bolens I will Require the Serial Number to Look up the Wiring Diagram. This Model does have a Soleniod. Also have you had the Battery Tested for a Weak/Dead Cell? Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
