how to adjust carburator on a lawnmower, simple two screws.

 Hello Keven:

 Set Both Screws at 2 Turns Out. This will set the Carb to Run the Engine. If the Engine Runs Rough or has No Power, then Turn the High Speed Air/Gas Mixture Screw in 1/4 Turn. Send the Engine Make and Model Numbers and I can Help you more. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.
