Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Lawn Mower rear tire, pb blaster, riding mower

Question
How can I remove the rear tire. I took thebolt off but can't get the tire off.I don't see a pin or anything to remove. The mower is an old White's riding mower.

Quite often the rims rust to the axle and can be very difficult to remove.  Try some PB BLaster pentrating spray, jack the mower up on one side and soak with the PB for several hours.  Are there any holes near the center of the rim?
