how can i
rewind the coil spring for pull starter

 Hello Alvy:

 Measure the Inside of the Housing and Get a Hose Clamp the Size of the Inside of the Spring Seat. Wind the Spring inside of the Hose Clamp. Place the Clamp and Spring into place and Push the Spring out of the Clamp and into the Spring Seat. Make sure the Spring Catch Lines up and Catches the Outer End of the Spring when Installing it. Make Sure to Installe the Spring the Right Way. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens.
