Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): stalling engine, briggs and stratton, rotary mower

Question
i have a rotary mower with a 3.5 briggs and stratton engine which keeps stalling after a few minutes use, smells heavilly of petrol and consumes twice as much petrol as 2 weeks ago. After stalling its impossible to start until the next day.

Answer
 Hello Gavin:

It Sounds Like the Needle in the Fuel Bowl of the Carb is Not Seating Properly and Flooding the Engine. Clean and Overhaul the Carb. Blow All Ports and Passages out with Compressed Air. Hope this Helps.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
