Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman lawn mower, muffler, craftsman

Question
Hi John,
It's me again, so I went home last night and took the muffler out and inspected everything. There was some carbon build-up, but not much. HOw do I clean that out by the way? I also checked the compression and it is okay. I'll clean it tonight but if that doesn't work what else should I try?
Thank you for your help
Randy

Answer
 Hello Randy:

To Clean the Carbon out of the exhaust. Use a Narrow Chiesel, Hammer and Safwety Glasses. Chiesel out the Carbon. The Ignition Module is Getting hot and Shutting Off the Engine. When the Engine wont Restart; Check for Fire at the Plug If No, Replace the Coil. The Module is Part of the Coil on Most Models. Let me know what happens.
Hope this Helps.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
