Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): huskee 46 cut riding mower, idler pulley, belts

my mower has 2 belts for the blades, a top one and a bottom.  the top one is on and is working the middle blade but the bottom one is not moving the outside blades. the belt is still there but is way too loose. the deck has a diagram of the top belt but not one of the bottom belt. it almost seems that i am missing a pulley or something. the mower was working fine at first, but all of a sudden i looked down to see the belt just laying on the deck. is there a way of getting the diagram of the bottom belt?

 The Tension Idler Pulley is what it sounds like may be Missing/Broke. Go to http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and they may be able to Help you get a Manual that has what you Require. Hope this Helps.
