Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): How to get recoil for Craftsman Eager 1 engine?, craftsman eager 1, eager 1 engine

I've been told by my local "shade tree" lawnmore mechanic that I
need to replace the recoil for my Craftsman 6.75 HP Eager 1 motor,
model 143,986702.

I've looked in the internet and can't seem to find a place to replace
the part.

Please help, how can I find it?

 Go to http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and follow the instructions. Replace the Recoil? Does he mean the Spring? Or the Pulley? Or the Clutch Dogs? What is the actual Problem. The Rope Pulled Out and Wont Retract? The Rope Pulls Out but Doesnt Turn the Engine? Or is the Whole Starter Assembly Bad? Hope this Helps.
