Motorcycle Repair: No Speedometer, roadking, cancell

I have a 2002 hd Roadking.The speedometer stoped working it has 15000 miles.Now the directions wont cancell after turning you have to manualy turn them off.Also the bike will not ilde when coming to a stop.The check engine light will come on and off.Do I have a bad speedometer?

Your best bet, since your check engine light is coming on, is to get a dianostic run on the bike. That will tell what the problem is. You have a senser that is going out and that is why the check engine light goes on and off. The dianostic should tell what the problem is with the speedo and the turn signals
