Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda mower start and stall after 3 sec, honda mower, safety glasses

Question
I have a Honda Harmony HRB215 mower. Had it on it's side a couple of days ago to replace th blades. Some oil started leaking through the air filter. Replaced the filter, but now it stalls about 3 seconds after starting. I took the fuelbowl of the carb and cleaned it. Had some rust in the bowl but cleaned it out...still no luck. Any ideas?

Get a small can of carb and choke cleaner- drop the bowl- put on some safety glasses and using the little red tube that comes with the can of cleaner, spray directly into every teeny tiny hole you see.  The oil leaked by a valve stem seal and likely got into the main jet which runs straight up from the bottom of the bowl into the throat of the carb.
