Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): blowing fuses, wiring harness, solenoid

i have a craftsman 18 horse 44'' cut rider ,me and my dad have done everything possible and when you turn switch on it still blows fuses.new ignition new solenoid and all whats the problem

 Hello Robert:

 From What you described, you have a Long Job ahead. Start at the Most Obvious. 1- Check the Ignition Switch. They Do Short to Ground (Even New Ones). 2- Check the Wiring Harness. Check ALL the Safety Switches First. Mark your Progress. Take The Wires out of the Shielding. Inspect Each Wire until you Find The Short. Start at the Obvious RUB POINTS.  Hope this Helps.
