Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): pressure washer, rich mixture, pressure washer

Engine will start fine, and runs until I start actually using the pressure washer.  Then it stalls out.

Couple things could be happening here-
1- Fouled spark plug will do this
2- Unloader valve on pressure washer could be sticking, causing presure to build to the point of stalling your engine (most likely).  My pressure washer did exactly this after I had had it in storage for an extended period of time.  I sprayed the valve out with WD40, and kept tryin it over and over, suddenly it began working right again-
3- Dirty air filter (overly rich mixture will foul out under high load)
