I need to replace the rear wheel on my craftsman lawn tractor. I don't know how to remove the tire rim from the axel. can you tell me?

soak it in lots and lots of penatrant. vibrating it by tapping on it with a hammer can help speed up the breakdown of the rust and corrosion that has it stuck on the axle. when im workind on old rusty chippershredders i will soak two or three cans of penatrant over all of the nuts and bolts and let it sit for a day before even starting to disassemble it
