Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): mower idle, e mail address, governer

had very good help from eric a. jones one of the expects which helped out very much,but he got maxed out before i could ask him another one.
mower starts up fine but will not idle steady and there are no adjusting screws in this carb.
it's a mtd model #12b-264co62-54200 self propel
had the carb overhaul which eric talk me thru.starts up fine but can't figure out why it won't idle sure can use your help.thank you
also can you tell me how i can get in touch with you when you ask me to let you know how i made out?try to get in touch with eric but don't know how since there is no e-mail address for him.thank you

Hi Phil,

Without any mixture screws present, I don't know how to recommend adjusting the idle.  Maybe a new governer spring would help.  To reply to me, (I'm not sure what options are shown to you) but either click reply or ask a follow up question.
