Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Carberator Linkage, appreciative thanks, throttle control

Question
Hi,I'm hoping you can help me.I have an older Snapperpush mower with a 4.5 hp Tecumseh motor.
Recently I removed the carberator for a thorough cleaning & to replace some gaskets. My problem is,
now I can't recall how the linkage was attached.
There are 2 rods(1short,1long)& a spring.If you
could explain or send me a photo showing how to connect these,I would be very appreciative.
                         Thanks so much,

Answer
This is difficult to explain.  The rod with the spring is connected to the governor and the rod should go to the throttle control plate.

The other rod without the spring is connected to the governor arm shaft and the carb butterfly shaft?

Does this help at all?

Let me know.
