My Honda sp mower will backfire then quit. It will start again and run a few mins. thendo the same thing again. O have replacd the fuel,air filter and oil. Can you give me some advise on how to repair my mower thanks.     the model #HRR2162SDA Ser#MZCG-6802929

It sounds like one of two things is happening.  Either the carb has a blockage and will need to be cleaned thoroughly or the flywheel key is sheared.  It's uncommon for a Honda to shear a flywheel key but if you hit a stump or something stationary with the blade, it's possible.  I'd check the carb first.  Hope this helps.
