Hi Travis,
I still need to know the year and model of your car to get you the correct diagrams.

Hi Travis,
You need to have a set of wiring diagrams to figure out what the various wires are for, and to see if the former owner modified anything. Let me know if you have a sedan/coupe or a convertible  and what is the year of the vehicle. I can xerox and postal mail you the wiring diagrams so at least you know what you are working with. Is the stock one that you got a factory radio from a Chrysler of the same time frame? That would make it easier to recreate the original situation.
If you want the wiring diagrams, send me a comment by the "thank and rate" tab, giving me a postal mail address. tab.
You will want to look for a black ground wire for the radio because the Chrysler radios use such a ground strap that is attached by a screw into the radio rather than attached by a plug. But that wire would not have any voltage on it.
