Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): leak in crankcase, crank case, fuel line

Question
have a small 2 cyle engine on a chain saw and like to know how to check it out for leak.have tried to start it all kind of ways and this the only answer i got.any idea what i!m doing wrong?

Hey Phil,
I don't think you have a leak in the crank case, I think you have a leak in the fuel lines. Check the fuel line & make sure they are attached properly. Next look at the crank case <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=cover&v=56">cover</a> and look for any cracks or even lost bolts. Check it out and let me know.
