Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S 11HP Dies Going Down Hill, wheel horse, fuel outlet

Question
I have a 1988 211-5 Wheel Horse with a 11HP B&S.  When cutting the lawn going down hill the engine will stop.  When I notice it is starting to die I cut the wheel hard left or right the engine will fire back up.  This problem only happens when going down hill.  I thought it was electrical because when it dies it sounds similar to when I lift off the seat and seat switch cuts the engine off.  I actually replaced the seat switch, didn't work.  I looked for frayed wires thinking there was a short somewhere, I didn't find any. It doesn't matter if the deck is engaged or not. It seems to happen after the engine has heated up.   Do you have any suggestions?

Answer
I would suspect it is an issue with an electrical connection or, possibly, a problem with the float in the carburetor hanging up and jarring it by cranking the wheels may correct this.  I doubt the problem is related to heat because you mention it only occurs going down hill.  Another possibility is a piece of debris in the fuel tank that is covering the fuel outlet when the tractor is on an incline.  Hope this helps.
