model:28a707 type:0122 02 code:9504284d  I have a used Snapper 10hp riding mower that won't electric or pull start. the problem started with the mower belt coming off of the gear so the blade did not work. After I put the belt back on, the mower would'nt start. All it would do is click and throw gas out of the carb. I can't even pull the cord as it is somehow too tight. I think it is about a '92 the code on the mower is SR930. I would like to have some way to get a manual if possible because i'm not sure about the belt placement. Thank you.

geoffrey, sounds as if your tractor is a mess. Clicking is the result of a weak battery, bad connections or a bad solenoid. Gas commng out the carb sounds like a "flooding" due to dirt on the needle seat. A manual can be helpful, surf the net for information,,sorry,,,best I can do....Bo
