Tips on Buying Cars: best place 2 buy, short end of the stick, good car

i have a credit score of 540 right now with a repossession less then three yrs. old. i would like 2 know is thier anywhere i can buy a good car and not get shafted on the interest rate. and wont be given a car that is 10yrs old with over hundred thousand miles.
