QuestionI have a Craftsman garden tiller Model #135202 0237 01; 5 horsepower. It has set for two years, I have cleaned out the gas tank and carburator, put a carburator kit on it, a new spark plug and the engine will run only when you spray gas in the carburator. Is there something else I should do or do you think I need a New Carburator? I would appreciate you thoughts.

AnswerRobert, "a carb kit" generally does not get it done if there is gum and varnish deep in the passages. I suggest you take it apart again, remove the rubber seat where the inlet needle goes into and spray all the passages with carb cleaner and blow them outwith high pressure air. If this does not do it, you may have to get a new carb,,,,,let me know,,,,,Bob
