Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): bad advice, water cause, bad advice

Hello, I am Fanju.
recently i follow bad advice from otehr expert and now in trouble. mower wont' start. bad gas and water cause the sm0ke to come strong. it start, but not stay running. please help,

MR. BAKBAKARMA,  EMPTY ALL BAD GAS.  REMOVE SPARK PLUG AND
ROTATE ENGINE AND FEW TURNS.  CLEAN PLUG VERY GOOD.  ADD FRESH FUEL.  REPLACE SPARK PLUG.  CHOKE ENGINE AND TRY TO START.  ENGINE MAY RUN ROUGH BUT SHOULD SMOOTH OUT.
