Answer
Hello Dana,

First, you will need to remove the wheel from the sled. Your best bet would be to install a new wheel, they can be purchased from www.denniskirk.com or www.royaldistributing.com   .  Once the wheel is removed, you will find a round metal snap ring with two tabs on it with a small hole in each tab, retaining the bearing. You will need to use a pair of snap ring pliers to get this ring off. Next, take some Kroil or WD-40 and saturate the bearing. Place a coffee can on a flat, hard surface, with the open end up. Place the wheel on the can, so that the outer top faces you. Take a socket from a socket set that is as large as possible, to cover the bearing. Next, use a hammer to pound on the socket, which will remove the bearing. I hope this helps you. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck with the sled! --Arcticatman
