Snowmobile Repair: fuel delivery problem, fuel pumps, delivery problem

Question
I have a 92 polaris indy sport - always ran good no problems. Now it won't start. I can't get any gas in the line. I have never worked on a snowmobile and am not sure what to do - the fuel line is empty to the tank - the tank is full so no problem there. I did put a new fuel filter on it as I originally thought that was the problem. The shut of value for the gas line is on so that is not the problem. Now I have no idea what to look at. Please help
