Could I use a 1999 steering column on a 1996 f 150?

Sorry, the only years that interchange with a 1996 are 1994 through early 1997.  A 1999 column will only fit late 1997 through 2000 F-150s.  

For used parts...Try this site.  You may be able to find what you need.
