how do I remove the ignition switch from my 1985 Chevy S10

Just a couple of things first.
Is it a tilt or non tilt column?
Are you asking how to take the ignition switch (electrical part) off or the ignition lock cylinder (key and tumbler part) off?

We have recently uploaded some videos on our website to give you first hand viewing of how to remove, disassemble, and reassemble the parts you are talking about. It is almost identical for the lock cylinder on a tilt or non tilt column so those instructions will not change.
