Steering Column Repair: diagrams, blow ups, chiltons manuals

Howdy,
I wish to god I could find THE place with the perfect diagrams or blow ups of auto parts.Most of the time if I have an adequate picture of something, even without instructions, I can usually fix the problem. Unfortunately most auto manuals have lousy diagrams and blow ups. Right now I need a blow up of a steering column for an 84 Chevy Suburban. (tilt/automatic) Please, please is there anyplace that has diagrams where the details are perfect and easy to understand? I have to go to the library to get on to the net but you're able to print copies of whatever you want off the net. I'm sure, no I know, there are other back yard mechanics who would love to find the web site with something better then the chiltons manuals they're forced to use. If you could answer this question I and a buddy would really, really appreciate it.

You don't say what you are trying to fix, so I can only help you  with a generic picture (exploded view) of a tilt column.  If you want some step by step helpful hints, let me know what you are doing...otherwise, good luck, I hope this helps.
