Steering Column Repair: steering column, buick park avenue, steering wheel

i have a 1984 buick park avenue my steering column got broke when someone stoled my car. my question is how do i replace the plastic column piece that they broke.

Hello Michael,
You will need to remove the steering wheel and lock plate to remove the bowl and covers. Once the wheel and plate are removed simply remove the 3 screws holding the turn signal assembly. Pull the assembly outward and you should be able to see the screws holding the bowl.
