Steering Column Repair: Repair to turn signals on steering column - need parts, horn area, buick regal

Question
We replaced the cylinder lock on our 1984 Buick Regal (6 cyl).  After replacing this item the turn signals won't work.  Actually, the right turn signal comes on, but the left signal doesn't come on, and you can't turn the right signal off.  The broken part is on the steering column in the horn area, not on the cruise/signal handle.  Please help us with this problem.

Thank you very much.
