Steering Column Repair: 1990 Jeep Lorado, jeep lorado, dollors

Someone broke into my jeep and broke the steering column and I have to start it with a phillips. I need to know were I can get one? I went to the dealership and they wanted $360 for a brand new one. Could you please help me out? Need the ingition key, and the column around the steering wheel the inside of that, they broke the metal pieces inside, thats how I start it with the phillips. Are you a mechanic I can come to and have you check it out and possibly fix it honestly? Thanks Pete.
