Subaru Repair: AC Vibration, subaru dealer, ac compressor

Hi, we recently had our AC charged at the local shop, not a Subaru specialist.  Since the work, we get a vibration from the right front, only sporadically and only when AC is on.  Sometimes will continue vibrating after car has been turned off.  Had our local Subaru dealer look at it but they couldn't find anything.  Any suggestions that I could look into.

Its really hard to say if the ac wasn't working before the vibration may just be the AC compressor kicking in, if it seems more aggressive than it should be there are many reasons as to what , it could be a potential problem developing with the ac compressor and or ac clutch or it may be something rattling as a result of the increased load created by the AC compressor.
