Subaru Repair: 91 loyale ignition failure?, coil wire, distributor cap

I have spark from the coil, but no spark to the plugs.
Have new cap, rotor,and plug wires. Dist turns and timing
is correct.

If you have spark from the coil through the coil wire to the distributor cap but not out of the cap to the plugs the loss of spark is either at the cap or rotor.  How did you check the timing if the car doesn't run?  

Also you may have a weak coil but that is not common at all.  The output would need to be measured out of the coil at the cap.

Are you sure you don't have a broken left side timing belt?
