hi i am seeking answers to my quetion i have a 1996 subaru legacy rs twin turbo japanese made can i find service parts for it in the US i.e. spark plugs fuel filter air filter etc. thnks for the help

Yes, you can purchase some of the parts here.  If you can obtain the part numbers it makes things easier as now one can look up the application.  But if memory serves the air and fuel filters are the same and it is just a common part number NGK spark plug.
