Subaru Repair: no fuel after starting, head gasket replacement, double overhead cam

Question
Thanks for your time, I just finished a double head gasket replacement on a 97 Legacy GT 2.5 L double overhead cam. It will start, but then about 10 secs. after it will run out of fuel, I believe. I did a pressure test at 32 psi and a hold press. at 30 psi, But I think the press. tester head was holding the press with the zirk release. When I did a volume test into a water jug, It would fill up quickly during cranking and stop flowing during "run". I did a voltage test with the key on, engine not running, with the pump connector wiring disconnected and got 11.5 v.to body ground and 11.5 v to the wiring harness ground. The alarm did set off during battery disconnect and re-connect. Is there a anti-theft fuel cut-off ? If so ,how is it reset ? I just replaced the fuel pump and the problem is the same still. I'm stumped. Thanks, Mike

Answer
There is no factory fuel cut off, as part of the O.E. alarm/keyless entry system.  Some after market alarms have a fuel cut off.  If you don't have the remote you would need to look for the valet switch. I would be curious to know what happens to the cam and crank signal after the vehicle starts up?
