Subaru Repair: 96 Legacy L AWD, level sensors, gas gauge

Question
1. The brakes make squealing noise everytime I apply them but when the brakes are hot, they don't make any sound. I think they are glazed but I'm not sure. What do you think?
How much would it cost to place all brakes?

2. How much does it cost to replace the whole clutch? It doesn't engaged until I release almost all.
When do you know for sure it's time for a new clutch?

3. How much does it cost to fix gas gauge? even if I have enough gas, the indicator goes to E way too fast.

Answer
1. Are the brakes aftermarket or OEM. Aftermarket brakes are known for making noises. OUr cost to replace pads and rotors is $350.00+tx, pads and turn rotors $275.00+tx.

2. When the clutch starts slipping, or shuttering when taking off is when the clutch is recommended. Estimate should be somewhere around $900.00+tx.

3. As far as the fuel gauge goes, I would recommend starting with a product call Dragon Power by Castle. This product is designed to clean the film that builds up on the level sensors. Try that a couple of times, and if it doesn't help you may need to replace the sensors.
