Subaru Repair: 1990 subaru legacy wont start, justin jensen, crank sensor


Question
my subaru legacy will turn over but it wont actually start.  I replaced the ignition coil pack and also I noticed that plug wires 3 and 4 will not spark when held to a ground.  what am I missing or doing wrong? my car is fuel injected also if that helps at all. thanks alot

If It died while driving i would suspect a broken timing belt.Or a bad cam sensor best thing to do is to remove the left  and right side outer timing covers.And make sure the timing marks are lined up.If the marks all line up i would suspect either the cam or crank sensor or possibly the ignitor but that would be rare.Hope that helps and Thank you for serving our country
