Subaru Repair: A few problems on a recently purchased used subaru, spark plug wires, subaru outback

Question
I recently purchased a 98' subaru outback limited with 110,000 miles from a private individual.  A day after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on and the computer diagnostic said that two cylinders misfired, what do you think is the problem? Spark plugs?

Also the wheel when fully straightened veers to the left.  The steering whell naturally sits in a slight right hand turn position,  also when turning there is a very slight oscillating thudding sound that can be felt in the steering wheels and pedals.  I hear the thumping but none of the other passingers have noticed.  Are these problems related? The wheels are all matching and have alot of tred left in them.

Also, the back door does not open.  It was fine the first    few days, but today I could not open it. The key turns but it feels like the door/wagon hatch is still locked.  Is this normal and easily repaired or really expensive to fix.

Thank You,

Answer
For the misfire, lets check the plugs, the wires, and the ignition coil towers where the spark plug wires attach. The most common cause for a misfire at that mileage would be bad plugs, or the wrong plugs. If the plug wires are questionable, replace them. The multiple cylinder misfire can also be a sign of a more serious cylinder head problem, but lets take care of the basics before we get too concern. If all the plugs and wires, and the coil are new and original Subaru parts, then we may be in trouble.

For your next problem, I would get an alignment check performed. Either your alignment is off, or it was corrected incorrectly. Your noise could be from an alignment problem that caused your tires to wear. When the alignment was corrected, the steering wheel could be off center. So, have the alignment checked again, and go from there.

For your rear door, it can be hard to fix if you cannot open the door. If you can get it open, you will want to lube the latch. If that doesn't work, your latch may be bad.

Any older car with that many miles on it may have it share of concerns. I will bet once you get past these, you will love your new to you Subaru.
