Suzuki Repair: sidekick, 91, blown fuse, noid light

Question
Engine is not getting fuel. Where do I look first and last to find the problem? The engine quit running last night as I was getting ready to go, I left it for about a minute,  came back and the engine stopped. it would not start again. It's freezing weather (20 degrees) up here. It was parked outside before I moved it inside. I started outside and drove it inside (30 seconds)it sat for a few hours in 65 degree building. I released the gas cap pressure already, no luck. I put a shot of fuel behind the air cleaner to see if it was fuel or electric, it fired. I hope I've made enough sense.

Answer
Sounds like one of the following:
plugged fuel filter(back by the tank)
Bad fuel pump (loosen a fuel filter line and crank)
Injector not being "fired".  You need a "noid light" to diagnose this, due to the fact that using a test light to check for power/signal/grounds can easily "kill" the "computer" (engine control module).
A blown fuse for the fuel pump (we always pray for this one, but it's usually something else(more expensive)
BTW, the pump is in the tank.
