West Jordan City, Utah.   Can someone tow a car from a place of residence if they are not the property owner?

If you live in a house which you rent then the property owner is the own who can have vehicles towed, other than the police department.

Best thing is for you to call the local police and explain the issue to them and see what they say, because my crystal ball is full of snow and I can not see though it all to figure out what your question really is.
