Towing Issues: Towing Damage, small claims court, front end alignment

Question
Thank you very much for your time in answering my question....

What kind of damages can occur to a 2001 Honda Accord if not properly towed?

I'm in Chesapeake, VA... Just had car towed last night and as soon as I recovered it and drove off their lot, my whole front end alignment is pulling so far to the right I almost had accident, it is extremely noticeable especially over 40MPH, steering wheel is very loose & pulled to the right so bad that my (H) for Honda is side ways. Even just the normal minor interstate bumps feel like the whole front end going to break off, I'm scared to drive on highway now. The tow company claims there is no way the damage came from them & I say there is no possible way that it didn't come from them, since it was perfectly fine hours before they towed it.
*Police had it towed saying I was parked in the way of traffic in my neighborhood but the dumb cop called it in as an inoperative car on the side of the road, so now the tow company trying to use that as the excuse saying anything could have happened to it. PLEASE HELP :)

Answer
Now I am not there and can not see the vehicle and look at things underneath it, but it sounds like the tow company might have done a bad hook up and damaged some part of the steering - suspension parts.

Police tow or not, the tow company did "TOUCH THE VEHICLE" and in doing so accepts the responsibility and risk for doing it correctly. If they damage it, then they should accept responsibility and correct the problems.

Take the vehicle to a repair shop and have them look at it without telling then what happened and that it was towed.
If they can find and show damages from towing, then have it documented and all that with pictures also.

Remember that you will have to fight this with either the tow company insurance, the tow company itself or who ever in small claims court.

Good luck and hope that it gets solved.
