Towing Issues: Towed for parking tickets, city of hollywood fl, sending mail

My car was towed Saturday Early morning for unpaid parking citations here is the code that City of Hollywood Fl gave to me 72.153 IMPOUNDMENT....WHEN A VEHICLE HAS , ON AT LEAST THREE PRIOR OCCASIONS, ....HOWEVER NO SUCH VEHICLE SHALL BE REMOVED OR IMPOUNDED UNLESS AND UNTIL THE REGISTERED OWNER HAS BEEN GIVEN NOTICE BY MAIL OR OTHERWISE THAT THE  PROVISIONS OF THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE ENFORCED AGAINST.... of course I did not get any notice, second the towing is closed for pick up on weekends on Monday my charges were $317 I want to go to court I didnt get my car yet. What should I do?

notice can also be the Tickets on your vehicle.

As to sending mail to you, well the DMV records are what they go by and if you have moved or not registered the vehicle in your name then were would the notice go ???

As to the tow yard being closed, that is normal but you are generally able to get the vehicle released by paying an additional fee (gate fee, after hours release) but it is usually more expensive than waiting till Monday.

Court is always the option and if you have good documentation and evidence then you might get the judge to rule in your favor.
