Towing Issues: Towing in mall parking lots., florence mall, split hairs

In Florence, KY, at the Florence Mall, do the security officers have the authority to have an employee's (the employee does not work for the "mall" but a store inside the mall) car towed if it is not parked in the designated areas for mall employee parking?
