QuestionI have a 99 Chevy Blazer that broke down and was parked in a shopping plaza. It got towed and i called the tow place. I live in AZ and i was told that I can pick up my truck without paying the impound fees cause they cant legally hold it. That they can bill me for the amount. Is this correct?
Answerthat is what I have heard, but I have not really had the time to fully research the issue.
It sounds strange to me, after all what kind of power or hold would they have to get you to send the money?
