Towing Issues: towing, china on sunday, illegal parking

my friend parked in china on Sunday and south of her have no parking sign that was put up a week ago, but on the block that she parked her car there was no sign. She parked at 4 and went to work, she came out at about 1030 and her car was towed and a portable no parking sign was there. How can she fight this or is there a way?

Answer
no idea of where this happened and what the laws of the city are there regarding parking.

Could of the sign of been posted before but fell down, got stolen or what ever and the temporary sign put up to cover the issues till the original sign got replaced.

And as to fighting this, were there tickets issued for illegal parking and if so then that gets you into court if you contest the ticket, where you can argue your case for being towed.
